Solution:
Decision was made to run the street address on one line, across its bottom, while keeping the direct contact info in a separate area at the right side of the business card, allowing a greater amount of white space between information blocks. A solid 3-sided bleed at the foot of the letterhead and business card along with a single rule slightly above it added a strength and richness to both pieces.
